Salt pan formation is unforgiving work. Grades must hold to millimetres across acres of soft coastal soil, bunds must survive monsoon and brine, and machinery must keep running in one of the most corrosive environments in India. That is the only work we have done for a quarter of a century.
Under proprietor S. Thomas Selvan, the firm has grown from a single excavator to a 40+ asset fleet serving the entire east coast — and is now delivering its first international mandate for Shua Al Khaleej in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Alongside contracting, we develop and trade industrial land along the East Coast Economic Corridor, giving clients a single partner from acquisition to finished pan.
